A dreamy fall day at Providence Cotton Mill. We had so much fun with this color pallate and the freedom the bride gave us to create her fall vision and bring it to life. Fall branches, bunny tails and all!

This sweet fall wedding at Separk mansion held all the deep red and gold tones that made the space really pop and brought another level of romance to the space. But the sweetest part of it all was the bride, who exuded more joy, beauty and excitement than all the blooms combined!

You wouldn’t know it by looking at these photos, but there was a massive rainstorm with some seriously gusty winds that passed through right before the ceremony. This arbor design was a spur of the moment look because we used all the original arbor greens and flowers inside the tent for a “plan B” rainstorm design. Thankfully, we decided to put some blooms on the arbor last minute in case the weather allowed! We were graciously given permission to forage a little bit of pink Dogwood that was blooming at the time and we made the best of it with the blooms we had left.

Amidst the crazy weather, it was the most beautiful and joyous day that couldn’t be stopped by a bit of wind and rain!

Plum colored dreams by way of anemone, ranunculus, scabiosa and hellebore for this winter bride! Sometimes its difficult to get those really specific color palettes right but those flowers showed out and made for some lovely designs! They were a great compliment to the couples chocolate brown pal. :)

And we’re gunna get married.

Two classy weddings, one in Charlottesville, VA and one in Charlotte at Langtree Planation, both with pops of blue and the sweetest brides you’ll ever meet.

Mauves, greens, and blooming branches. Silks, velvets, and collected treasures. This bride was kind enough to let me take part in this beautiful design. She is actually an event florist and stylist (Blooming Branch Creative)and did all of the reception decor and design HERSELF, apart from the few floral arrangements and personal flowers I provided. It was such a beautiful color palate and so fun to work alongside of such talent!

This was a perfect day. The overcast and misty weather made for some of the most beautiful shots at this Dairy Barn Wedding in Fort Mill, SC. The flowers were full of burgundies, blush, and moody blues. And it is always such a treat when the Dairy Barn horses make an appearance for the big day!

This dreamy May wedding took place the last weekend in May of 2017 at the gorgeous Brawley Estate. All the plans were made for a beautiful outdoor ceremony under a huge tree adorned in garland, under which the bride and groom would make their vows. However, in the days leading up to the wedding, the weather man was throwing threats that might lead to an impromptu plan B indoor wedding. It came down to just a few hours before the wedding and making the decision in faith to set up all the ceremony flowers out by "the tree" on the Brawley Estate property. Long story short, the clouds parted and Julia and Dylan were able to have the ceremony they had been dreaming of all year. Moments after their said "I do" some of the first drops starting coming down and made for some AWESOME umbrella shots in the rain. What a sweet day to get married!

Can we agree that this bride is absolutely stunning and OVERFLOWING with joy and that those flower girls chowin' down on those pops are amazing? Okay good. 

All this excitement happened at the Farmstead  NC and provided such a fun and laid back atmosphere for this joyful gathering. 

The florals include simple and sweet whites, blush, and mauves with very minimal greens. Peonies, sweet roses of all sizes, hydrangea, succulents, and some other soft florals to tie everything together.

This couple was so incredibly sweet and the bride was more organized than anyone I've ever met. She had all the details nailed down to the very last type of flower she wanted and was such a joy to work with. The ceremony and reception took place at the Hilton University Place in North Charlotte. Full of gorgeous spring blooms and rich in culture. Thanks Que and John for the opportunity to design your flowers!!

The details in this wedding were gorgeous. The bride, along with the help of the talented Tina Doody with LoveandHoneyWed,, chose some of the prettiest details you could dream of. The head table was a whimsical scene with Evermore pink depression glass, a greenery runner, and countless vials of sweet white blooms. Other details featured silver mercury glass, flower filled terrariums, and lots candle light. Taking place at the Mint Museum Uptown, the clean and modern atmosphere was a great compliment to this simple and elegant color palate.

Can't get much better than Dogwoods and Cherry Blossoms blooming in the background of your wedding pictures. This elegant Spring wedding was such an honor to do as the bride is one of the sweetest ladies around. The beautiful florals included peonies, white garden roses, ranunculus, ohara garden roses, tulips, larkspur, delphinium, and many others. These jaw dropping photos by Ashley Louise Photography highlight the gorgeous details and late elegance of the Charlotte City Club where the reception was held. 

This lovely December wedding took place at The Farm at Brusharbor in Concord, NC. I just love that joy and excitement is spilling out of this pictures. I also love how these fun and colorful flowers pop on this overcast winter day. We used lots of texture and color for the brides bouquet with purple Orchids, white Astrantia, Scabiosa pods, peach Ranunculus, blush Juliet garden roses, copper Beech leaves, Tree fern, Eucalyptus, Carmel roses, and hanging red Amaranthus. Love it!

This wedding was classy with trailing greens, clean and relaxed in style, full of delicious churros and beautiful people. 

Sometimes I want to cry when one of my best friend's little sister gets married and she is all grown up. This was Leah. Isn't she so flippin beautiful?! She has such natural and genuine beauty that made these flowers look way better than they actual did. She got to marry one of the nicest human's alive, so that was also great. 

It was a blast putting these flowers together for this couple! So thankful to be a part of more beautiful memories. Venue: Loray Mill, Gastonia

What a cool venue. But, an even cooler couple! I may be biased because we share the same last name. :)

This fall wedding took place at 10 Catawba in the heart of historic downtown Belmont. I loved the opportunity to create a organic and natural design using herbs and potted plants for the centerpieces, lots of olive leaf and curly willow, and some gorgeous burgundy peonies in the bridal bouquet that stood out among the rest. This sweet and laid back bride made the process of creating the flower design so much fun as she trusted me to create the look she was going for.

So....Maris and Elijah know how to throw one heck of a party. This was a sweet sweet end of summer wedding at Magnolia Glen in Locust, NC. A few highlights and sweet moments include:

-Treat boxes for all the guests to fill with delicious desserts made by the bride and groom + family

-Communion served by the bride and groom

There was so much beauty in the sweet details of the Bukovac wedding at the Vanlandingham Estate. From the picture charms on the bridal bouquet and the photos surrounded by fresh garland, to the Krispy Kreme Doughnuts each guest took home; I'm sure this day created memories that will be cherished for a long time. We used lush whites, greens, with pops of blue and a pale pink flowers combined with a style that was flowing and a natural garden feel.

Tracy and Philip have got to be the sweetest couple in the world! It was an honor to do their flowers and work with them to create something they would be able to look back on with such joy. Tracy picked out some precious blooms filled with bright greens, lots of white with pops of bright pink and powder blue. Had to represent those Tar-heels some how. Did I mention their beloved dog was at the wedding adorned in a beautiful flower collar?!

Despite the high temperatures, this Dairy Barn wedding was p-e-r-f-e-c-t.

Something that makes wedding flowers EVEN sweeter is the people that they are delivered to. Let me tell you, sweetness spilled from this family and you can can just feel the love in these beautiful photos. 

The mother of the bride poured so much hard work into this precious winter wedding and created some of the most beautiful evergreen and magnolia garland for the tables to compliment the bouquets and other arrangements.
